How swaps work
List your spares, build an offer and agree an exchange.
List exact copies
Select loose, registered copies and say what stickers or versions you want. You can also invite other offers. Copies already placed in your book, in an unfinished pack or reserved in a pending offer cannot be offered again. Older unregistered copies cannot be swapped.
Build an offer basket
Choose one collector’s listed copies and select what you will give in return. One-for-one, several-for-one and several-for-several exchanges are supported. An unsent draft reserves nothing.
Reservations and responses
Sending reserves only your offered copies for 48 hours. The copies you request remain available until their owner accepts. The recipient may accept, decline or counter. A counteroffer creates a new revision, reserves the counter-sender’s offered copies, and needs acceptance by the other collector.
Acceptance
The service checks both owners, each exact copy and the current proposal revision. All copies transfer together, or none do. Serial numbers stay attached to the same copy. Acceptance closes competing proposals that can no longer be fulfilled. Review both sides carefully: accepted swaps have no self-service undo.
Cancellation, expiry and conduct
You can cancel an offer you sent. Declined, cancelled, expired or unavailable proposals release reservations. Do not impersonate collectors, automate abusive listings or offer external payments. The swap shop supports sticker exchanges only.
